Registration Guidelines:

  • PG Student must submit letter from HOD & photocopy of MCI Registration Certificate along with registration form.
  • For any kind of participation i.e. Sessions / Workshops / Poster & Paper presentation, Registration for conference is Compulsory
  • Children above 7 years of age have to be registered as accompanying person and entry conference hall is not allowed.
  • In case of bank transfer, kindly email your transfer details along with the registration form.
  • Registration receipt will be sent by email on registered email address.
  • Hard copies of payments receipts will be given on the spot at the time of registration at venue
  • Registration fees include participation in scientific session, printed material for the conference, access to exhibition area, invitation to Inauguration & Banquet, Lunch and Tea / Coffee as indicated in programme.
  • The accompanying person will not be entitled for Certificate and Kit.
  • Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student / Pharma company person.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Delegates who want to cancel their registration must notify the secretariat in writing.
  • Cancellation on or before 31 July 2026: 25% of registration charges will be deducted.
  • No cancellation or refund after 31 July, 2026
  • All refunds will be made by cheque after the conference.

Hotel Booking Terms And Condition :

  • Delegate is required to send the accommodation reservation form along with the cheque / DD / NEFT deposit slip.
  • Buffet breakfast at designated restaurants /space allotted of the respective hotels.
  • The room rates listed are on per room per night basis.
  • The room rates are valid from 4 September to 6 September 2026 during the RAJPULMOCON 2026. Rooms for pre or th th post conference dates will be confirmed as per availability.
  • Extra bed on request – with additional charges, as applicable.
  • The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini bar, phone bills or any other services not mentioned above.
  • Room check-in / check-out time is 14:00 /12:00 hrs. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
  • Taxes will be applicable as per government mandate, any change would be updated and the room occupant would be liable to pay.
  • The booking would be guaranteed only after receipt of 100% advance payment (Non-Refundable & Non-Adjustable).
  • Rooms will be allotted on a "first come first serve basis" and are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • Child Policy :As per hotel policy

  • All guests must carry a valid photo ID proof at the time of check in.
  • Hotel may ask for credit card guarantee to cover any incidental expenses.
